Room Booking

Non-Refundable

All confirmed room bookings are final and are governed by the following refund policy.

  • Room bookings are strictly non-refundable.
  • No refund will be provided in the following cases:
    • Cancellation
    • No-show
    • Early Departure
    • Unused Services

Banquet Booking

Non-Refundable

Banquet reservations are exclusively reserved for your event and are subject to the following refund policy.

  • Banquet bookings are strictly non-refundable.
  • No refund shall be issued under any circumstances.
  • Instead of a refund, guests may request a one-time event date extension of up to six (6) months, subject to availability.
  • No refund or credit will be provided after the six-month validity period.
